I am also a Member in good standing of Confectionery Artist Guild of Orlando. As CAGO members we strive to bring the Confectionery Arts to others and share our love of the art with each other.

I studied cake decorating at Notter School with Colette Peters of NYC and Sue McMahon of UK. Also Norm Davis, Nicholas Lodge and other well known cake decorating instructors. Graduated Baking and Pastry at Valencia Culinary.
